Our bespoke corporate mascot plush toys use 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles (RPET). Every 20cm plush toy diverts approximately 8 plastic bottles from marine ecosystems and landfills.
All runners, sprues, and casting trimmings from our medal and coin die-casting lines are 100% remelted on-site. Zinc alloy has one of the lowest melting points (385Β°C), slashing thermal energy emissions by 60% compared to brass or iron.
Our electroplating and coloring partners operate certified closed-loop reverse osmosis wastewater recovery systems. Heavy metal ions are recaptured, and 98% of treated process water is recirculated back into production.
