Calibrated Physical & Chemical Testing Laboratory

At NAIKE GIFTS (Jinjiang Naike Promo Co., Ltd.), quality is systematically built into every stage of production. From digital tensile pull gauges to neutral salt spray chambers, our dedicated testing lab guarantees that every medal, pin, charm, and plush toy complies with international toy and consumer safety directives.

We enforce zero tolerance for toxic plasticizers or fragile attachments. Every production lot is cleared against US CPSIA (16 CFR 1303), California Proposition 65, and European EN71-1/2/3 standards before release to export packing.

Our 5-Gate Quality Assurance Architecture

Independent QA officers monitor raw material verification, mold micro-dispensing, electroplating, and final packaging.

GATE 1

IQC: Incoming Raw Materials

Every batch of soft PVC pellets, liquid silicone, #3 zinc alloy ingots, and RPET plush fabrics undergoes strict incoming testing:

  • XRF heavy metal screening (Lead <90ppm, Cadmium <100ppm)
  • Zero phthalates certification (DINP, DIDP, DEHP, DBP zero-detect)
  • Zinc alloy purity verification (#3 high-density formulation)
  • Fabric tensile strength & AZO-free dye certification
GATE 2

IPQC: Mold & Color Matching

High-speed automated micro-injection dispensing inspected continuously on the shopfloor:

  • Pantone PMS Solid Coated match verified under D65 standard light
  • Zero color bleeding between adjacent micro-relief chambers
  • Laser micrometer check for thickness uniformity (Β±0.05 mm)
  • High-temp vulcanization curing curve (180Β°C–220Β°C monitored)
GATE 3

IPQC: Mechanical Pull Testing

Destructive tensile and pull tests conducted on representative samples from every 500 pcs:

  • Shoe charm POM rivet pull-force > 25 lbs (110 N) tested
  • Lapel pin spur nail & butterfly clutch shear resistance test
  • Medal jump ring & ribbon stitched loop tensile load > 20 kg
  • Keychain swivel ring 5,000-cycle rotational endurance check
GATE 4

IPQC: Corrosion & Adhesion

Electroplated medals, coins, and enamel surfaces tested under rigorous environmental chambers:

  • ASTM B117 48h to 96h neutral salt spray with zero tarnish or pitting
  • Cross-cut tape adhesion test (ISO 2409 Class 0 / 5B zero flaking)
  • UV weathering chamber solar exposure (no yellowing or fading)
  • Abrasion and scratch resistance on antique brushed finishes
GATE 5

FQC: 100% Needle Detector & Audit

Final screening before master carton sealing and export palletization:

  • 100% plush toys passed through 0.8mm conveyor needle detector
  • AQL 1.0 (Critical) / 2.5 (Major) pre-shipment sampling audit
  • Barcode scanner verification on retail blister packaging
  • ISTA 1A master carton drop test (10 drops from 76 cm height)
